While committed to meet your every need and expectation, certain limitations that are inherent within this product industry. All prices are in USD currency. Due to fluctuating manufacturer costs, prices may change without notice.

Printing Method, Designs and Colors

Our printing process is limited to only the print colors available in our design library. At this time Premium Canvas Bags does not manufacture full color photographic printed canvas bags which uses a different printing method. Our process for printing color is digital direct to print ink transfer. Premium canvas bags has over 20,000 designs and color combinations to choose from on our online website catalog. We offer 13 standard colors.

Design Print Size

The imprint size of the design will match the preview shown on the product image of our website.

Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances, Premium Canvas Bags maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Premium Canvas Bags will not, under any circumstance, be held liable for any claim or action that exceeds this liability limit. Premium Canvas Bags will not be liable for any third-party claims for damages against the customer, nor for malfunction of product, cause of delays, interruption of service, or loss of business.

Production Time

Standard production times will vary per quantity. Premium Canvas Bags strives to deliver all orders within a given time frame, however, it will not be responsible for late receipt due to unforeseeable circumstances such as out-of-stock product, printing problems, weather related issues or delays on behalf of the shipping company. Most orders ship within our Standard Production time, typically 2-3 business days after placing your order. This time frame is dependent on product availability, the size of an order, complexity of artwork and our print shop workload. During Christmas holidays your order will ship typically in 3-4 business days after placing your order. Once your item ships in the Continental U.S. it typically takes 2-3 days to arrive. Turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the the time your order was placed. Delivery dates are estimated and can not be guaranteed.

Shipping Delays during sale periods & Public Holidays

Please allow an additional 1-3 working days to process your order during our BLACK FRIDAY promotional period. no cancellations accepted.
Due to the huge response we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times where we will be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during these sale times, as well as any public holidays when our dispatch center is closed. Once an order has left our facility, Premium Canvas Bags will not be responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies. Premium Canvas Bags will not be held responsible in the event the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery. Premium Canvas Bags is a web-based business and does not offer order pick-ups, all orders must be shipped from our facility.

Changes to Orders, Cancelling Orders

Please carefully check your billing and shipping information before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly and is unable to make changes to orders once they are shipped.

Product Quality / Website Images

Premium Canvas Bag products are intended to be used as promotional items. Therefore, products that may have minor visual imperfections should not be considered as defective or flawed items. In the event a product defect is identified, Premium Canvas Bags will replace the order in its entirety only upon endorsement of the defect by the manufacturer of the product. Likewise, if an imprint defect is identified, Premium Canvas Bags will replace that portion of the order upon confirmation of misprint. From time to time, products may differ slightly in color, size, weight, or height. These inconsistencies should not be considered as defects since most are hand-made and come from various factories in China. Due to fluctuating manufacturer costs, prices may change without notice.

Final printing product colors may not match exact shade of color as displayed on your computer monitor because printed inks create colors differently than light emitted from computer screens. Additionally all computer monitors display color differently. Although colors will be a close representation, Premium Canvas bags will not guarantee color matching on your computer monitor on the final printed product. Premium Canvas Bags website contains a vast assortment of content and it is constantly being updated by our web team. Although Premium Canvas Bags employees strive to be as accurate as possible when publishing information, human error occurs do to a convergence of multiple contributing factors and Premium Canvas Bags cannot honor pricing discrepancies such as unusually low, zero, or penny pricing.

Coupons

Premium Canvas Bags reserves the right to alter and refuse coupon codes or discontinue special offers at any time without notice to customers. Premium Canvas Bags may offer special pricing or free shipping from time to time, however these discounts will not be honored on orders that have already been placed. No exceptions will be made. Coupon codes are not valid on existing orders, or clearance/markdown items. Coupon Codes apply to the price per unit only. Additional rules and restrictions may apply to individual discount offers.

Premium Canvas Bags Art Department carefully screens all submitted logos and designs. Artwork containing copyrighted, trademarked, Greek and/or University information will be subject to further scrutiny, and may cause delays on your order which may not be expedited.* Please note: Customers must assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Premium Canvas Bags will not be held liable under any circumstances for infringement of copyright.
