What material are the canvas bags made from?

Our Premium Canvas Bags are made from 10oz Thick, 65% Cotton and 35% Polyester Canvas a strong WRINKLE and SHRINK RESISTANT fabric.

What size are your canvas tote bags?

Our tote bags measure 13 inches wide x 14.5 inches tall. (33 cm x 38.83 cm) The handles are 14" with a 7 inch drop.

Can I customize the bag color?

Currently all of our Canvas Bags are only sold in natural color fabric. We are working with our suppliers and will soon offer 12 different bag fabric colors and up to 15 different ink colors, making 180 different color combinations! Our online website has several hundred designs available to choose from.

Can I customize the design print color?

Yes, Premium Canvas Bags offers 13 different ink print colors to choose from..

How many design colors are there to choose from?

A choice of 13 different custom print colors are available for most designs. Some designs in our library are offered in multiple colors and other color combinations.

Can I add custom text to the design?

Yes, select designs in the design catalog have the option to add personalized text. If your order contains custom text and lettering you will receive a production proof from our design department within 24 to 48 hours from the time you placed the order, sent to the email provided to us.

The proof is to verify that all information is correct including spelling and punctuation and that we have interpreted your instructions correctly. If the proof has any discrepancies, we allow up to 3 revisions "changes" on a custom design at no charge, any additional revisions will be billable at $15 per revision. When we have received FINAL APPROVAL FROM YOU to move forward with the artwork on the proof NO ADDITIONAL CHANGES can be made and the order CANNOT be cancelled. Once the approval has been given to go forward the order will IMMEDIATELY entered our production schedule to ensure we meet the deadline. Please note that personalized items with custom text are "Made to Order" as such CANNOT be returned for a refund.

Are the canvas bags machine washable?

The best way to keep your canvas bags clean is to always hand wash them in cold water using a mild detergent. However our canvas bags are 100% machine washable with like colors. We recommend washing them inside out in cold water. They can then be hanged to air dry or put in a dryer on low heat. Do not use bleach or use harsh cleaning agents. Do not dry clean.

Can I upload my own artwork/design for printing?

At this time Premium Canvas bags only processes orders from our online library, which has close to 2,000 unique designs to choose from and up to 13+ different color combinations. We are working to upgrade our website and expanding our graphic design department to handle custom artwork orders and proofing. Check back soon as we will offer this service in the future.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There are no minimum quantity orders. Order 1 or a 1,000 quantity. Large quantity orders over 100 will require more production time.

What is our production time/turnaround time

Most orders ship within our Standard Production time, typically 2-3 business days after placing your order. This time frame is dependent on product availability, the size of an order, complexity of artwork, proof approval on custom text orders and our print shop workload. During Christmas holidays your order will ship typically in 3-4 business days after placing your order. Once your item ships in the Continental U.S. it typically takes 2-3 days to arrive. Turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the the time your order was placed. Delivery dates are estimated and can not be guaranteed.

How do I cancel an order?

Only personalized text orders that have not approved a production proof, can be cancelled by contacting us at: premiumcanvasbags@gmail.com for a full refund. Standard order designs placed from our website that are not personalized are printed on demand and are immediately placed into our print schedule upon checkout and CANNOT be cancelled.

What size canvas bags are available?

All of our bags are one large-size 13 inch wide x 14.5 inch high with Strong Handles. Please visit our website often for updates. Premium Canvas Bags is looking into expanding its inventory soon to offer multiple bag sizes and bag color options.

Do the canvas tote bags have a bottom gusset?

Yes they do. They have a standard serged hem along edges with a 2 inch gusset along the bottom. The bags will slightly expand outward to hold larger items.

Is the design printed on one or both sides of the bag?

When placing your order you can choose to have a single side printed or both sides printed with the design. There is an additional cost for 2 sided printing. If choosing double sided printing, the same design and color will be printed on both sides of the canvas bag. Because of our production and printing process we are not able to print different designs or different colors on each side, the same design and color will be printed on both sides when choosing double sided printing.

Can you produce full color printed canvas bags?

Our printing process is limited to only the print colors available in our design library. At this time Premium Canvas Bags does not manufacture full color printed canvas bags which uses a different printing method. Our process uses high quality textile ink printed direct to fabric for a durable permanent long lasting image.

What can you use canvas tote bags for?

Canvas tote bags make great reusable grocery or shopping bags. You can use them as personalized gift bags. They are good light weight book bags. Use canvas tote bags to store all your arts and craft supplies. They make a nice bag to carry beach or pool items. They can be filled with sand at the beach to anchor your beach umbrella. They make great wedding favor bags for guests. They are ideal storage bags for out of season items, plus hundreds of other uses.
